No response to outstanding tickets after 6 days
I have been trying to get someone from MTN to sort their issue where my package has fallen off my account. All minutes, data and sms are not reflecting and have falling off my account.
I have a ticket which has been open for 6 days and still unanswered and all I get is a "I will escalate this for you." No one calls back and no one gets the ticket answered and I am just coming across dead ends time after time.

14 Nov 2017, 21:30This is absolute rubush. The recurring made for me M package has falling off completely. Your response does not answer and question or fix any problems. Your call centre said plenty customers are having this issue on the made for me package and yet we receive no answers!
