No response to my claim

<p>Three reference numbers and to date still no response concerning my claim for my cellphone to be repaired or replaced.[# ********** 3] [# ********** 9] [# ********** 5]</p> <p>MTN insurance has to be the worst by far and i cannot wait for my contract to end.</p>
