No Response to Insurance Claim
I lodged a claim 2 weeks ago.Got an automated email with reference number and nothing further. I have tried contacting them numerous times to no avail. The funny thing is that they say you get a free loan phone - great help that is if they can't even process a claim. Ridiculous.
