No response to get Account query resolved in a YEAR

1. I have been dealing unsuccessfully with Saya recoveries and now MDB as well as a non-responsive MTN Legal department for over a year in an attempt to resolve this matter, obtain an accurate settlement and to pay the balance in question. 2. I was never informed of an outstanding or short-paid/ arrear balance by MTN debtors department through any medium so first contact I had was from Saya recoveries 3. My request was always the same – please get someone from MTN to contact me and liaise on the Statement that was shared in order for me to understand where this shortfall came from. I paid diligently each month based on the SMS of balance I received but on the statement and invoice a different outstanding balance reflects. 4. They always “made a note”, went quiet and phoned me again in 3 months to have the same conversation with me and ignore the same request. 5. I escalated the matter to Jason Cooper at Saya and made the required minimum payment of R250 into the MTN Trust account – he took the same request forward without ANY response from MTN Legal 6. MDB now sends SMS notifications to my Fiancée’s number (not sure where they got HIS details from as the matter has nothing to do with him) but the contact number on this SMS is routed to the incorrect department and I have to deal with another “Customer Service” department 7. I spoke to a very uncooperative lady earlier today who informed me that they can remove the number the SMS’s are sent to but cannot deal with resolving my legal query

This is absolutely shocking and very frustrating. I am a longstanding and still current MTN customer and want to resolve the matter and pay the true outstanding balance (Which with MTN’s non-response have added almost a year’s worth of interest to MY account) but it appears no one is available to assist and resolve apart from sending threatening SMS’s.

Could SOMEONE give me feedback and a true settlement so I can pay, please!
