no response to enquiry
I have been trying for a few days now to establish when I will receive my two laptops I was approved for by MTN. NO SUCCESS. I am given the runaround and told stock is on the way, but NOW NO ONE EVEN SEEMS TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
This is ridiculous. When I must pay I MUST PAY but to get delivery - NO JOY!
Whats good for the goose is good for the gander - NO SERVICE FROM MTN - THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!~

Thank you for the feedback. This is contradicting to what I was told. So I don't know where the problem is and it is really frustrating not to get a straight answer.
I would really like to know when the laptops will be available.
