No response to emails

I sent an email on the 8th of October to cancel my contract with MTN and they didn't respond. Escalated to the complaints team last week and no response since. Its amazing how they quickly respond to leads but drag their feet when they have to cancel the contract. Now I am being debited for a service that I no longer need.
