No response to contract application and 2 follow up emails ignored.

I app**** for a contract from MTN online 8days ago and have not received any feedback. I have followed up on this 2 times without any reply, telephone call or any communication. If the contract is declined I would like to know but this is pathetic customer service to not even bother contacting me at all. This will make me think twice before taking a contract from MTN as they do not respond to any queries.
