No response to complaint - 13 working days later<br> <br> I'm not prepared to call them to check on status of complaint.<br> <br> I have had to call 808 multiple times recently related to the upgrade I (reluctantly) did (and already regret due to the multiple issues). As per REQ: *** the account has been credited for R108.77 for the discount not received for cell ***.

We do pick up that you had 500MB data left on this line before the pre-paid migration has been done on the 4th of August. We will send airtime to the pre-paid sim card and you can then convert this to data if you wish.
