No response to billing query
It has been 1 week since I emailed my query to customer care together with my last 3 bill statements and usage info, still no response! My contract is priced at R319.00pm. Since December 2015, when my bundles get replenished, it reflects as 4GB available and not 2GB day + 2GB night. Not sure why it changed on your side. I constantly track my usage to avoid spending on out-of-bundle data. I have verified with your contact centre that my limit is set at zero, therefore I can't get into an out-of-bundle zone. A debit order for R1047.66 went off my account in Feb and on closer review, varying amounts were going off over the last few months. Urgently investigate my billing and feedback as I have not budgeted for these charges and request a prompt refund where applicable. May I also suggest reviewing how customers connect with your Data team. I've been advised to dial 1555, but I cannot route to an agent. Also *** does not work from an alternate line. Agent's should be more equipped to transfer customers to the relevant department for assistance, in the interests of first call resolution. I fear recommending MTN to any of my peers as well as renewing my contract, due to the above.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that your contract is not an MTN My Choice package which is the only package you are able to have a Usage Limit on.
Your package is an MTN Broadband 2GB open line which cannot be limited or capped.
The only way to have a limit is to migrate to a TopUp package, you may contact our Customer Care line on 808, visit your nearest MTN store or email *** to request for TopUp migration.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
