No response regarding application

I have not had any feedback regarding my application. I would like to cancel my application as other service providers will provide immediate approval or decline response and I will rather try and see if I can come right with them. Please note all my personal details provided to the consultant and MTN is not allowed to be used for any credit checks nor marketing, debit orders etc. Please urgently confirm that my application has been cancelled and NO Fees/charges will be charged ! I cannot even get hold of anyone via contact numbers on your site as they do not even ring.
