NO response Poor service from MTN

My phone was booked in with the speaker and the network problem.
It was fixed under warranty, when the phone was returned back to me on the 28/04/2015, I tested it immediately while the courier guys was still there then I send it back with him. On the 19 of May 2015 I was told that phone has been declared as BER (SMPHP***), The next day they sent me a letter to go and get the phone from MTN, I was told that I need to pay R750 access, I queried about that and never go any response till today from the 19th of May, I decided to go and pay that R750 so that I have phone as I needed it for work. It was fixed under warranty initially when I book it in, it was never mentioned that there is a liquid damage. When it was returned to me I tested it immediately with a Courier guy next to me and gave it back to him immediately after realising that it is not working. I need my refund for that R750 I payed, two I also mentioned on the email that I still have their loan phone they must arrange for collection, but still no response. My matter was escalated to so called supervisor (Koketso Mathabathe) who is very helpless,

Please contact me on *** [Email Removed]
