NO RESPONSE ONCE AGAIN
As can be seen by my posts over the past number of weeks I still have NO PHONE and NO RESPONSE forthcoming from MTN. The branch is pathetic and the call centre does either not answer or just cuts one off after holding for about 20 minutes.<br> <br> What happened to taking pride in your job? I took my phone in the 1st time on the 2nd of April 2015.<br> Do the technicians not know what a phone looks like? Can they not figure out settings? Or does NO ONE currently working for MTN take any pride in their work whatsoever?<br> <br> COULD SOMEONE, ANYONE, AT MTN WHO IN ANY WAY CARES FOR THEIR COMPANY OR JOB KINDLY CONTACT ME???
