No response on my coverage query's

In Desember I filled in the coverage query forms on mtn's site.got feedback and was asked many questions wich i awnsered and last email I recieved I recieved a refernce nr *** on 2014-12-04,since then nothing. Now all of a sudden for the past 3days,no signal at all for me and my fiance in the greenstone area(not in other areas),was at mtn shop in greenstone mall and everyone else has 100% coverage,they gave me a new sim,did not help. Now it is only our coverage that seems to have a problem there(did they bock us because we complained???).mtn shop logged another complaint ref ***,no response,phoned their coverage help desk and spoke to Ruben,system is down he can't help me.my question is how is this even possible? i do not live in the antarctic! i will no cancel my contract as a contract works both ways and I have tried for almost 4months now without MTN giving me results!
