No response, no action

I have been calling customer care since the 30th of November 2020, to cancel my contracts, I get told it is going to be canceled in 24 to 48 hours, to date, its not been canceled, Calling daily, get told the same story... Not forgetting signing me up for R1000 contract without my knowledge.
