No response no action
2 years ago, contract changed into my name at randpark ridge store. Endless issues re poor service on this occasion. This wasnt processed. Follow up again on 24 july 2014. Ref no recd, forms completed again. Now i want to upgrade-two years latr, still no change. Emailed, delivery and read receipt recd, still no response. Disgusting. Tired of this lack of service MTN. Time to move service providers.
