No response MTN

On 23 April 2026 I wrote a review on this site regarding very poor service, to date no one from MTN has responded to me. Just goes to show how much they care about their company and Word of mouth. Truly disappointing. I am now forced to stop my debit order and see how fast they respond then. So many bad reviews about them it is very sad that such a big company can fall into ruins.
