NO Response from SALES AGENT Noeleen

I did my upgrade telepathically with Noelen Pillay who asked me to please give her the sale and once she received it she doesn't respond to my emails??? I asked her when will the device be received and if I could have it delivered to my work address and to-date she hasn't responded that she received my email and which address is captured. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME OR I WILL CANCEL THIS upgrade PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MTN !!!
