NO RESPONSE FROM MTN WHAT SO EVER!!!!!
I sent MTN an email last week to say that i would like to cancwl my contract settle anything that still needs to be paid. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
Went to a store - NO HELP! 'YOU NEED TO CALL AND CANCEL OVER THE PHONE'
Called the customer service line to get it done myself and waited 20mins on hold and still no response.
How on EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THIS DONE???!!!!!
