NO RESPONSE FROM MTN REGARDING FAULT WITH PHONE
Hellopeter previous ref: REQ:***<br> <br> MTN has not responded to date.<br> Numerous email to mtn customer care and repair centre. <br> I have tried to call the Pavilion branch and no response.<br> I even tried to call the consultant Vanessa on *** and no answer.<br>

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.
HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the Manufacturer's repair and assessment guidelines, in accordance with their Standards and mandate. Physical damage/Traces of liquids being detected on handsets voids warranty and repairs cannot be attempted.
The handset is declared BER (Beyond Economical Repairs) due to the effects of liquid/ Physical contact. A physically damaged or liquid exposed handset cannot pass quality assurance tests due to defects that HVRC cannot ignore.
Please note that the R330.00 is not a repair cost, it is an admin fee to have the handset assessed.
