No response from mtn regarding application for home router
Yesterday i app**** for a home router at Mtn Queenswood store Pretoria. Was a black friday deal R299 per month for 300 giga bytes. Received no reply yesterday and today if the application was successful or not. The store manager sent mtn a email regarding the application..This sucks. A person wants to receive a reason if the application was successful. Not going to do business with them soon.

08 Dec 2024, 11:51My application for the home router is with the vetting department of mtn. The application was done on 6 December 2024. Still no reply if the application was approved or not. Honestly how long do they take to make a decision totally useless ,*********** totally disgraceful.
