No response from Mtn legal department

I had a contract with Mtn from late 2020 to 2022,so late last I discovered that my contract was pre terminated and I owe Mtn R1690.I was told that my has been transferred to Mtn legal department.16 December 2022 I paid R1700,I have send so many emails to Mtn legal department I get no respond it’s been 6 months am not getting any help from Mtn in order to clear my name,when I call iam being told that my case has been transferred to Mtn legal department so when I email the mtn legal department with the proof of payment,this is the only response that I get always .
