No Response from MTN insurance

I have reported my phone lost due to theft . Been trying to call MTN insurance for feedback and I cant get through to their call centre . I need to replace my phone asap . I`m paying for insurance on my phone I don't understand why is it such a mission to get help- from MTN insurance . I opened a case at the police station got a case number : CAS434/7/2015 and also obtained an affidavit . My claim was submitted at MTN Kagiso branch and was given a reference number : ***0 or ***0
