No response from MTN!!!! Ignored!

I haven't received a single phone call or email to resolve my previous issue! MTN Nigeria assisted me more than anyone in my own country! In a pandemic where people are losing their jobs. I am shocked to have received such pathetic service, it's beyond BAFFLING. U WOULD THINK PEOPLE WOULD BE GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE OF A JOB IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, LIKE MOST OF US ARE, AND GO THE EXTRA MILE EVEN IF ITS NOT REQUIRED OF U.There are people out here who need jobs and others CANT EVEN GET THE BASIC CUSTOMER Care service right in this country! For your client to go to such lengths to get your attention and still ignore, just wow! Beyond pathetic excuse of a network! I will NEVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN again, NOT EVEN IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. Whomever is reading this DO NOT USE MTN!!!!! EVER!
