no response from mtn after several attempts

I have been trying to get hold of man legal for past 6 months. I was unfairly billed by mtn and when I called mtn customer care they couldn't help. I asked to settle the account and they were meant to contact me with the settlement amount, which they didn't. I contacted them several times and they kept promising the same thing, to call me back with the settlement amount. I stopped using the number, waiting for my settlement amount and also stopped paying, hoping to settle but nothing came through. Apparently legal has handed my account over and I've been trying to contact mtn legal to tell me how much I owe so I can settle it but I have not had any luck, I've sent dozens of emails as I have been told that they don't have a direct number but I am still waiting. I don't find this fair because I did not refuse to pay them, the problem is on their side but it's my name that suffers and I look like a bad payer.i have the money to settle them all I need to know is how much and which account to pay it into and do I have to send anything in writting.<br> The contract number is *** / ***<br> The number I'm using now is *** as I told them to cancel the above contracts
