NO RESPONSE FROM MTN

I'VE been trying to get hold of ANYONE at Mtn For a week now. No one responds to me. I've sent emails and messages till I can't anymore on ALL their social media platforms and ive gotten no responses! I'm trying to find out why my service has been suspended! I cannot do anything with my phone. I can't phone. I cant sms. I cant use my mobile data. I can't even phone mtn or check my balance. I'm completely cut off! It is incredibly frustrating, and I need to know why immediately. I need to get some response NOW! I've sent emails to customercare but still nothing. I've phoned 135.. But still useless! I need my service working because I am working from home! Please help me urgently and IMMEDIATELY!
