No response from MTN
I have been trying to get a hold of MTN for over a month, with no success. I tried calling the call center multiple times, and after 20 to 30 minutes holding my call gets dropped. I have also sent a email to [Email Removed] , and received a reply stating that they received my email. But I haven't heard back from them at all. They have no problem taking my money though!!!
