No response from MTN!!!!!
I've submitted a query on my last bill 3 weeks ago and received a reference number but that was it. I submitted another query to [Email Removed] but this time I didn't even receive a reference number. The query relates to calls they claim I made but which I didn't. They must email me if they decide to respond and not call me.
