No response from MTN
End of January MTN deducted R 3,449 from my bank account. I went to MTN-Keywest to find out where they got that (impossible) amount from. They looked on their system and told me that I went over my internet limits (2 GB). I was stunted, because I normally used not even 1 GB a month on the internet. I requested immediately for an Itemized billing - request number ***. They told me that I will receive the itemized billing within 48 hours. A week passed and I did not received the itemized billing. I then phoned MTN complaining about it, and the lady told me that they are still preparing the itemized billing and that I will receive it the following day.

My first question is: Why are they preparing the itemized billing now? They should have it immediately available! How did they billed me for that ridiculous amount if they do not have an itemized billing ready at the time they deducted the amount from my bank account?

My second question is: Does it take 48 hours or 48 days to forward the itemized billing for me? It is nearly three weeks and I still did not received the itemized billing!! Are you still committed to send me the itemized billing?
