No response from Mtn

On 30th November i went into mtn lenasia to apply for a special mtn is running on an xbox one. I app**** for the contract and was told to wait 3 days for confirmation on my application. I left the store and then received a sms that stated my application has been approved. I went back into the store to ask why would i have to wait 3 days if i received a confirmation sms. I was told they do not know how the special works and that they will contact me and let me know. i have not received any feedback thusfar. I am not complaining to get a better deal.all i want is what i app**** for and that staff at a mtn store should know how to handle a contract they are promoting
