No response from MTN
Third post, same matter. I've upgraded my contract early in December knowing that by Christmas my devices would be here, nearly a month later and still haven't received it. Spoke to Mpiso Khosa and she assured me she would be in contact with me, this is before Christmas. I still haven't heard anything from Mpiso Khosa and MTN.

08 Jan 2020, 13:14How much longer do I have to wait? What happened to customer service? Why don't I get informed of this? Like I said in the 1st review, I've been a customer for plus 15 years and I can see standards have dropped. I need you to make it your duty to inform me of what's to come.
