No response from Legal Department

I asked to buy out my contract because there signal is terrible you can just as well have no phone. Till now no response. After sevral walk in quieies at MTN in Klerksdorp that there response is only you have to contact them yourself. You just can't get a hold of them. I over paid on my account still trying to sort the problem out from October 2015 and they just keep on billing me. You cant get a hold of there legal department. After a huge figt with mtn in Klerksdorp they tried to get a hold of them and what do you know even they could not get a hold of them same reply they cant see anything on there sistem I have to speak to legal department that don't exsist. From June 2015 I did not use my number as it's useless but still needs to pay even when no one gets back to you and the Branch cant help you. So what to do now? You're service is no let me correct myself there is no service at all. Calling customer care if I enter the number they say its not a valid mtn number and disconect you. Never in my life will I use MTN again or recomend them to anybody. Seems my only way to go is to a Laywer maybe then I will get a response.
