No response from Insurance Department

I logged an insurance claim on 07 Sep 2015 and nearly a month later my insurance claim has not been attended to. When trying to call MTN insurance department on ***, the number gets disconnected every single time emails are also not rep**** to. Promises have been made to collect my phone and a loan phone to be offered while my phone is to be repaired, but yet no one has delivered on those promises.<br> <br> No one seems to know who or how to contact the MTN insurance department. I am at wits end with MTN Insurance. <br> <br> Can someone from MTN Insurance please contact me to resolve my claim.<br> <br> Unhappy MTN customer
