No response from call centre. Bad service.

I tried to get hold of MTN to reconnect my lines made 3 calls to try and get hold of them. First call i got cut off. Second call held on for about 20 min without answer 3 rd call i held on for 40 min without anybody answering the call. I am now on my 4th call for 5 min and still no answer. I really think for a big company like MTN their service can be better. It is not the first time i have problems with MTN. I think it might be time for a new service provider. Really bad service.
