No response for ********** Cell Phone Contract

I Pula Moila noticed that someone has **********ly opened a cell phone account / contract from MTN using my Identity details. This cell phone account / contract used the following reference numbers to debit my bank Account: 1. (Ref: MTN SP A ********** ********** 027), debit order took place on the 25th November 2017 for an amount of R4685,77; 2. (Ref: MTN SP A ********** ********** 854) debit order took place on the 27th of December 2017 for an amount of R8,670.77 I reported this ********** cell phone contract to MTN and submitted the required documents on the 27th of November 2017 to enable the MTN to conduct investigation on the matter. To date (08-01-2018), MTN has never communicated to me or updated me on the progress or conclusion of the matter but it continues to debit my Bank Account. The last communication I had with MTN was when I was given the reference number (Ref Number: 134650) for this incident. This is frustrating really… I do not have any contract with MTN or its partners neither did I apply for any product or service at MTN.
