No Response for cancellation of expiring contract
On 3/7/2015 I send an email to customercare to have my one contract with them, cancelled when the 24 months contract comes to end as I do not wish to renew the contract. The contract expires on the 8th August 2015. To date I have not received any response from MTN. My concern is that they are going to expect me to pay for another month, for which I am not happy to do, as I have given them more than the 1 months notice that they require. I am not in SA and therefore need MTN to communicate with me via my email, they have my email address on their records.
