No response after 8 weeks from MTN

Ive been trying to get since December a refund on an amount that thev've billed me for. The amount was double than I normally paid. I have to follow-up on a weekly basis (going to the shop, phoning) them etc. to get my money back. Without any success, they keep on referring me to the call center (808) because they also do not get any joy. They said that its better if the customer phone and sort out the problem themselves. Maybe then they will assist.

I've also been trying for 2 months now to get a settlement letter from MTN and the Call centre to settle my contract, MTN are the worst. I just want to settle the contract and go to another service provider.

What must I do to get my refund - someone please give me feedback on my query and how will I get my money back.
