No response about complaints

Since MTN took over Nashua mobile its one disaster after another one. They block my phone tume and again for no reason saying i've reach my \credit limit"! I dont know ehat that is and I dont have any \""limits\"" on my contract. Then I have previous inquiries that is still not resolved and the lady that helped me with my upgrade told me she would help me and she would get back to me. I am still waiting for that.

I've logged the complaint in the last week of May and I am still waiting. I even have 2 reference numbers (*** and ***) and still they couldnt help me.

When I so go into the store they give alot of excuses why its not resolved. They mainly blame the strike!

I am so furious and dissapointed in these companies. """
