No response

<p>On January 2016 I went in to the mtn walk-in centre at somerset mall. I had 2 contracts which was already over the required contractual period of 24 months. I wanted to cancel these contracts.</p> <p>I was help by an agent called: Mr Timothy Nkejane. I filled in the required cancellation forms and was told that both the contracts were now officially cancelled. However, mtn still deducted from my banking account for one contract. I went in to see Mr Timothy Nkejane again and was told that he made an error with the relevant contract ( ********** 791). However, he promised to rectify the problem and that i would be refunded.</p> <p>He even went so far as to tell me that he was changing jobs and would start working at mtn in Westgate Mall. I went to westgate mall on numerous occasions but Mr Timothy Nkejane suddenly had dissapeared! No one knows where he is! He dont respond to any of my communications!</p> <p>Can somebody please help me?!</p>
