No response

I have contacting mtn several time requesting the settlement amount for the cobtract i once took in 2014. Around july 2015 i contacted mtn customer care n i was told that they cannot help me as they are on strike. Even this year 2016 around february i have been trying to contact them to provide me with the settlement amount they said mtn lawyer will contact me. Since then i have been assisted in any way. At the end rhey will jump to blacklist me whereas they dont even provide u with what u want. I want to settlem my debt with mtn but they keep ignoring me. They must tell me if they are no longer interested in taking my money. But i want my name out of this contract. Pls pls pls . bad customer service. Your strike affected me badly.
