No Response
I am waiting on a response from MTN Legal Department to reactivate my line. Every time someone else responds to my email and requests the same information over and over again. I have been trying to weeks to get in touch with a Team Leader or a Manager to respond to my emails and all I get is\ the Legal Department"is unreachable and their line is out of order. Please explain how can you not have a manager or a Team Leader respond to any of these complaints"
