My blackberry 9720 lcd cracked i put an insurance claim at their pinetown store on the 10 September 2015 and was told the phone would be collected from me and they will contact me. I have tried many times to speak to a consultant from the insurance department but with no luck i go through the whole process of selecting option after option and the call drops......thanks mtn
