NO RESPONSE
I originally had a prepaid contract MTN with Nashua Mobile I use to pay manually via EFT and everything was fine until, MTN took over its a nightmare, since January they disconnect my phone I was told there was no payment . I then went to MTN in CARLTON CENTER JHB with proof of payment my phone was connected for 4 days, after 4 days later phone was disconnected went back to MTN CARLTON CENTER was then told by Nonkululeko Zwane that they cant reconnect I must call customer care which I did phone was reconnected 3 days later phone was disconnected I then went to MTN BANK CITY which emailed all my proof of payment to MTN head office customer care am still waiting till today<br> <br> Ref PMT*** payment 20.01.2015 R210.00
