I called in to cancel my contract on 30 June 2015 (Mtn ***. To date it was not done. I keep on phoning and every time I am told that the call centre will forward a cancellation email to the relevant department. I since send a mail also on 1 September 2015 to request a cancellation. I have 3 MTN Reference numbers (***) and (***). The best is I am still billed every month for this contract. I asked for the dept. Number but the call centre said they have no number just email. The cell number in question is ***.
