I have not been receiving data bundles on my IPad contract, for the past 2 months to add on that they suddenly debiting R319 instead of the R299 as per contract I signed. Am aware of the strike, perhaps they are in a backlog, but it does not explain the inconsistency of their systems.Emailed MTN a number of times received reference numbers ***2 and ***8, also sent a text, but no reponse as yet but money is debited on my account.
