Dear MTN

This is my third hallo peter attempt. I have also tried phoning (I keep getting cut off before anyone answers) and I keep sending emails to your customer care and I only get an automated message.
I have now received a notice saying my line will be cut in two days. You are more than welcome to cut it today if you want because I will not pay the random amounts you have put onto my account. I have paid the contract fee, my calls and my data usage but I refuse to pay for amounts you cannot explain and answer for. So what will happen now? My line will be cut, every month for the period of my contract I will pay the rental for my phone but I will go onto prepaid until the end of my contract with you whereafter I will finally be rid of you. The cost to me: I will lose my number. The cost to you everything else I have been paying you for. Guess what the loser in this is MTN not me as the consumer simply because no one cares to answer a phone or respond to an email. I hope that all your customers read this and do the same to show you that the power should always be in the customer's hands and not the company they are paying!
Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Please bear with us, our call centre has been experiencing high call volumes. The matter is receiving priority attention.
Kindly be advised that a billing query has been logged requesting for the data charges to be validated, REQ:***. Please also be advised that as of the 1st of April 2015, the pricing for the data bundles and data packages increased. The out of bundle rate increased from R0.25 excluding VAT to R0.87 excluding VAT, which could be one of the reasons your data billing is now high.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Ayanda
