NO RESPONSE 3 WEEKS LATER
i submitted an insurance policy claim early in January on the correspondence received it said the turn around time would be - 3 days its been 21days later and i have had no response, the call centre is unable to assist i spoke to a staff member on thursday they promised by Friday morning i would have the documentation. its now monday the 2015/02/02 and i have received nothing. it is absolutely pathetic

We see that your insurance claim was processed on the 11th of February 2015. Our Insurance Department has been receiving a high influx of requests and have been working through them.
Once again we are sorry for the delay with the claim being processed.
