I logged a query on the 7th of May, and have had NO response to it all.<br> The complaint was:<br> I loaded a 2GB data bundle - to only be loaded onto my account on the 11th of May 2015 - but it has already been added? please confirm why, as I do not want it loaded now!<br> <br> I have now been billed for it on my latest statement, even though it should have effectively only been added to my June statement!!!
