28 May 2015, 13:04Hello simphie,
We truly are sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We see that your contract expires on the 19th of June 2015. If you've submitted your cancellation request in April 2015, then it was too early and would have been considered as an early termination and you would have been charged an early termination fee.
It is our understanding that you would possibly still would be using the number and will suggest that you migrate the number over to prepaid. The prepaid migration can be done on the 20th of June 2015 as the contract would then expired.
You can send us an e-mail on the 19th of June 2015 with a written request for us to migrate the number over to prepaid.
Once again we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regards
Tim
