No Response.
Good day To whom it may concern. This is my second complain now already. This time i will involve my lawyers. I never had a account open by Mtn and i keep on recieving emails and stuff to say i have an account with them. Due to this reason my credit score on my name is not so good and i dont recieve any feedback from Mtn to say where they got my details from. I tried sending emails and stuff ,but got no response of them. I when to a branch nearby to me and they cant pick it up that i had an account with them. Please advise

As per our telephonic conversation, this is just to confirm that your account that you had with Nashua is the reason MTN's legal team are sending you sms's and calling you. Once your account is paid-up the sms's and calls will then stop.
Should you require any further assistance with your account, please write back to us and we will attend to the matter accordingly.
