No response

Someone opened an account using my information and I was later contacted by MTN saying I owe them and I told them that I've dealt with them in my life before. MTN investigated the matter and found the account to be ********** but I never received a clearance letter even though I asked for one and this still appears on my credit record. I have been calling MTN and they always ask for my contact details and ID number which I have given a thousand times already and I am always promised that the Legal team will contact me, its 2018 and still no one has responded to me and I have been calling MTN since last year. I cannot call the legal team myself because no one from the MTN call center has their number which is just ridiculous to me.
